This project involved a tenant improvement within the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital to facilitate the construction of a new coffee shop within an active healthcare environment. The scope included interior demolition, new partitions and finishes, millwork, food service infrastructure, and coordinated mechanical and electrical upgrades to support the new operation. All work was carefully phased and completed in accordance with hospital infection control protocols to minimize disruption to patients, staff, and daily hospital operations.
