Clayton founded CandorBuild Construction in 2014 to provide honest, value-driven construction solutions built on more than 20 years of industry expertise. A deeply team-oriented leader, he invites input from every member of the crew, knowing that collaboration leads to better results. Clayton thrives on making connections and learning about the people he works with — clients, trades, and staff alike. Away from the jobsite, he enjoys hosting barbecues and fishing Saskatchewan’s lakes with friends and family.

 A foundational member of CandorBuild, Rylan oversees all office employees and works closely with our accounting department to keep operations running smoothly. As a certified NCSO, he upholds the highest safety standards on every project. His adaptability, organizational skills, and approachable leadership style make him an asset to both the team and our clients. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending time with his family.

 With years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, Kyle has built a reputation for keeping complex work on track without compromising quality. In his role as Operations Manager, he oversees logistics, streamlines workflows, and ensures the team performs at its best. Known for his attention to detail and steady problem-solving, Kyle brings structure and efficiency to every stage of our work. Away from the office, he enjoys competitive fishing and teaching his children the skills to succeed on the water.

 Emily keeps CandorBuild’s financial operations running smoothly with her CPA designation and Business Commerce degree. Skilled in strategic planning, internal reporting, and financial analysis, she ensures budgets, taxes, and reporting are always in order. Originally from near Rosetown, she now lives in Wakaw with her partner and three children, spending much of her time fishing and water skiing on the lake.

 Jesse brings 12 years of industry experience and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Skilled in contract management, scheduling, and quality control, he ensures every project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Known for his problem-solving skills and steady leadership, Jesse is committed to seeing projects through from start to finish. Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his family, often golfing or enjoying the outdoors together.

 Colin brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a hands-on background that shaped his approach to safety. After experiencing a workplace injury himself, and losing a close friend on the job,  he is committed to ensuring others never face the same risks. With experience working alongside organizations such as the SCSA, he now leads and strengthens all aspects of safety at CandorBuild. Outside of work, Colin can be found down at the river with his two dogs, Joe-Joe and Page, gardening, or cooking.

 A journeyman carpenter with a sharp eye for detail, Jarrid understands every step of the construction process. His expertise allows him to deliver accurate, value-focused estimates that serve both client and project needs. Away from work, he’s often playing hockey or out on the golf course.

 As CandorBuild’s Project Coordinator, Kaytlin manages the tender process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance every step of the way. With a diploma in Graphic Design, she also leads the company’s branding and media initiatives, keeping CandorBuild’s image consistent and professional. Her background in event planning adds another layer of organization, creative problem-solving, and clear communication to her work. Outside of the office, Kaytlin enjoys time at the lake, staying active on the volleyball court, and unwinding on her yoga mat.

Erik began his career as a journeyman carpenter and superintendent before moving into the office, where he developed CandorBuild’s custom project management system to bring all aspects of a project into one streamlined platform. He has since returned to the field as an on-site project manager and superintendent, combining hands-on experience with strong technical insight. Known for his critical thinking and problem-solving ability, Erik is a key part of the CandorBuild team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors at his cabin on Nemeiben Lake.

Ryan is a journeyman carpenter and site superintendent whose extensive trade experience brings confidence and reliability to every project. He’s known for his steady leadership on site, attention to detail, and ability to keep work moving smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time at his family’s cabin up north. He also likes hiking, quading, and making memories with his family outdoors.

 Justin is a seasoned site superintendent and journeyman carpenter with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. After running his own construction business, he developed a unique perspective on both hands-on building and high-level project management. Justin is recognized for his leadership, subcontractor coordination, and commitment to quality, creating job sites that are efficient, collaborative, and solution-focused. Away from work, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Colton brings a prestigious level of experience to CandorBuild, having led numerous large-scale projects that have sharpened his skills and broadened his vision. His forward-thinking approach helps keep CandorBuild moving toward new opportunities and higher standards. With years of remote work in northern BC, he offers a deep understanding of the logistical challenges these projects present, along with the expertise to overcome them. Outside of work, Colton enjoys golfing, snowmobiling in the mountains, and spending time with his family.
