This multi-phase renovation project at the Rosetown Health Centre included both the Connected Care Clinic Renovations and the Front Entrance Upgrades, completed concurrently within an active healthcare environment. Work involved selective demolition, structural modifications, new interior construction, accessibility improvements, upgraded finishes, and extensive mechanical and electrical system upgrades throughout the facility. The project also included a complete modernization of the main public entrance with new glazing, doors, siding, roofing, and a wheelchair lift to improve accessibility, durability, and patient experience. Careful phasing, infection control measures, and coordination with hospital staff ensured the facility remained operational and safely accessible throughout construction.
