This year-long project involved full exterior upgrades to multiple unoccupied apartment buildings, including new fire separations, exterior insulation, siding, and replacement of all windows and patio doors. With the buildings vacant, construction progressed efficiently across the site while maintaining quality and schedule. The upgrades improved long-term tenant safety, comfort, and energy performance. Following the successful completion of Buildings A and B, CandorBuild was awarded Buildings C and D as a continuation of the project.
