This project involves the construction of a new grocery store facility in Cumberland House, Saskatchewan designed to provide modern and accessible retail services for the community. The scope includes a complete new-build commercial structure with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, incorporating storefront glazing, insulated building envelope assemblies, overhead and automatic entrance systems, interior retail and storage spaces, washrooms, service areas, and supporting back-of-house facilities. The project also includes detailed interior finishes, accessibility features, coordinated building systems, and durable commercial-grade construction suited for northern Saskatchewan conditions. Extensive coordination between trades and consultants was required to deliver a fully functional community grocery facility designed for long-term performance and reliability.
